Workshop Objectives

The primary objective of this programme is to enhance understanding of national procurement guidelines while fostering a progressive institutional mindset within the National Youth Services Council, Sri Lanka. The workshop is designed not merely as a technical session, but as a strategic engagement to strengthen coordination between Mahaweli Consultancy Bureau (MCB) and the National Youth Services Council, clarify procurement-related responsibilities, and initiate a practical and solution-oriented approach toward future collaboration.
