If you are an entrepreneur with an innovative idea, the relevant MCB Development Centre can form a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) — a co-development working group — to refine and develop your concept.
Once the idea is assessed and proven viable, it can be formally established as a Private Limited Company.
At this stage, the Development Centre acts as an incubator, providing structured guidance, expertise, and support to help transform your idea into a sustainable business.
A Private Limited Company formed through the programme may then be strategically partnered — or "plugged in" — with MCB.
Through this partnership, the Development Centre supports the company's growth by offering strategic guidance, operational support, and network connections.
This stage focuses on accelerating growth while creating mutual value for both MCB and the company.
As the company strengthens and becomes capable of operating independently, it may transition into a fully independent company.
