This project focuses on improving meteorological observations and forecasting to enhance climate resilience for farmers. It involves procuring consultancy services for training and coordinating meteorological data collection and analysis. The goal is to develop accurate and timely weather forecasts that can help farmers make informed decisions about their agricultural practices. By strengthening meteorological capabilities, the project aims to reduce the impact of climate-related risks on agriculture and improve the overall resilience of farming communities.
