The Mahaweli Consultancy Bureau (MCB) will implement a mechanism to engage cross-institutional officials from the Ministry and Ministry-affiliated projects as consultants for MCB-related assignments. This will strengthen project implementation, enhance inter-agency coordination, and ensure effective use of available expertise without creating permanent staffing obligations.
