The Mahaweli Consultancy Bureau (MCB) will grant a three-year grace period for applicable service fees and charges for the first 100 Development Centres established under Business Development Model-A (Project-Based Business Support Units/Centres – PBBSC). This temporary relief applies only to MCB's direct service fees under the Governance (G) Arm and does not cover third-party or partner expenses.
