Scalable Business Development (SBD) ව්‍යුහය යටතේ තාවකාලිකව GM, DGM හා AGM තනතුරු සඳහා පත් කරන ලද උපදේශකවරුන් සඳහා නිර්වචනය කළ කළමනාකරණ හා මෙහෙයුම් බලතල පැවරීමට MCB කටයුතු කරයි. මෙමඟින් කාර්යක්ෂම තීරණ ගැනීම, බාධාවකින් තොර මෙහෙයුම් සහ ව්‍යාපෘති සාර්ථකත්වය සහතික කෙරේ. විධිමත් බල පැවරීමක් නොමැති විට තීරණ ප්‍රමාද වීමේ අවදානමක් පවතින බැවින්, වගවීම පවත්වා ගනිමින් මෙහෙයුම් පැහැදිලි බවක් සඳහා රාමුවක් (ඇමුණුම 01 හා 02) ක්‍රියාත්මක කෙරේ.

Under the Scalable Business Development (SBD) structure, MCB will delegate defined managerial and operational authority to consultants temporarily assigned to GM, DGM, and AGM roles. This ensures efficient decision-making, uninterrupted operations, and effective project delivery. Without formal delegation, timely action may be limited; therefore, a clear framework (Annex 01, Annex 02) provides operational clarity while maintaining accountability and governance throughout the consultancy engagement period.
