MCB will establish strategic leadership positions to strengthen its organizational profile, sector visibility, and long-term institutional development within the irrigation and water resources sector. Highly experienced, nationally recognized professionals have been temporarily engaged on a consultancy basis under short-term contracts of less than one year per term (Annex 02), with a formal recruitment process to be developed for future appointments.
